The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK. We have been trading since 2015, being based in Spalding since 2018. We service the following markets: Driving, Industrial, factory, warehousing and field/food production. We have a GLAA licence, Sedex and are REC members.
We are recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop new business and service our existing clients in the Eastern Office based in Spalding. Experience of working in the Driving, Industrial or Field Recruitment markets is required. The ideal candidate would be an existing Recruitment Consultant/Senior with a hunger for sales and experience in the Recruitment Agency market.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work with our current team identifying growth of the branch and division you are working in.
- Building client relationships through service and sales.
- Making telephone calls to new and existing clients.
- Meeting clients.
- Setting charge rates.
- Ensuring the client experience with The Staffing Network is seamless.
- Dedication to growing our client footprint in the Eastern area.
