As a Property Management Administrator, you will be a key part of our property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will involve a mix of administrative duties and financial responsibilities, supporting the management of residential and commercial properties., * Provide administrative support to the property management team, including maintaining records, contracts, and tenancy agreements.

  • Coordinate communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors.

  • Assist with the preparation and approval service charge budgets, demands and apportionments.

  • Oversee invoice processing and ensure timely payment to suppliers and contractors.

  • Support rent collection and manage arrears, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

  • Handle queries related to maintenance, repairs, and general property issues.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices in property management.

  • Basic financial knowledge, including experience with budgets, invoices, and reporting.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Instructing and corresponding with letting agents on vacant commercial properties.

  • Block/building level compliance and ensuring statutory audits, Health and Safety compliance are correctly filed.

  • Proficiency in property management software Qube, Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams is essential.
