Expectations

• Must hold a full driving licence.
• Experience in production, manufacture, construction, or labouring highly beneficial.
• Manual handling and movement of gas cylinders up to a maximum weight of 47 kg.
• Working outdoors in all weathers – resilience is key.
• Physical workload.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict control and quality procedures.
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets set by production leadership at the start of each shift.
• Safely operate processes to meet production targets.
• Rotate on cylinder filling, maintenance, and inspection activities as required by production leadership.
• Loading and unloading cylinder vehicles as required.
• Perform any cylinder re‑qualification activities as requested.
• Ensure client standards are adhered to during the filling process.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the yard area.

An eye for detail, a high level of concern for safety, and the ability to read and follow instructions are essential. Work as part of a team and also independently as required.
