About the role

  • Pay Rate – £12.60
  • Location – Oxford Station
  • Shift Timings – Full time, 4 on 3 off, Overtime available

Your main responsibilities may include:

  • Patrol the premises and check areas for trespass and welfare issues
  • Write detailed reports
  • If anyone is seen trespassing, try to call them off tracks as quickly as possible, call the relevant parties immediately with a full update, description and location, and get assistance.
  • If the person were to get off tracks, try to keep them on site without physical restraint while updating the relevant parties.
  • While patrolling for trespass, be extra vigilant for vulnerable people who may be distressed or looking to cause harm to themselves or others.
  • Able to communicate clearly with all the team.
  • Teams may also get calls to attend incidents along their routes to deal with any of the above.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

  • SIA License.
  • Full UK drivers license and vehicle.
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
  • 5-year checkable work/career history.
  • Great teamwork.
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure.
