Role Overview

You’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting marketing efforts that help drive growth. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity, with plenty of autonomy in a small but fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics

  • Manage stock levels and coordinate inventory
  • Support day-to-day logistics and supply chain coordination
  • Maintain accurate technical and customer documentation
  • Assist with project delivery and customer communications

Marketing & Content

  • Maintain and update website content
  • Lead social media scheduling and campaign support
  • Create and organise branded content – case studies, brochures, pitch decks
  • Coordinate with PR and marketing agencies for outreach and media coverage
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in operations, especially stock or logistics management
  • 3+ years’ B2B marketing experience (digital, content, social media, or agency management)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with CRM or marketing analytics platforms
  • Exposure to technical industries (engineering, sustainability, or technology)
  • International operations or supplier experience
