The Reablement and Community Resource Team are looking to recruit two temporary Home Carers at Grade 5. This cover is required for three months over the winter period because our service is in high demand. There are various rotas available, a minimum of 18 hours, up to and including 37 hours. Please note that all rotas include weekend, evenings and any Bank Holidays to be worked and they must be willing to work in any area of Cardiff. The Home Carer must have Enhanced DBS Clearance to work with Adults only and have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. The Home Carers will be required to register with Social Care Wales, though this can be arranged for the successful candidates when they join the service. We are looking for immediate start.
