Are you ready to take the lead on night operations and keep critical logistics running like clockwork? We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Night Transport Supervisor to join a dynamic logistics team supporting essential healthcare services across the UK. This is more than a typical transport role — your work will ensure that vital mobile units are in the right place at the right time, helping patients get the care they need.
What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of overnight operations, overseeing vehicle movements and driver coordination
- Communicate with drivers to confirm schedules and track progress
- Log key operational data: mileage, fuel, arrival times, and vehicle checks
- Plan transport routes in line with changing customer requirements
- Liaise with clients, handle subcontractor tasks, and manage last-minute changes
- Troubleshoot problems in real-time to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a busy transport or logistics environment
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with driver compliance regulations (preferred)
- Calm under pressure with a high attention to detail
- CPC qualification is a bonus
Working Pattern:
4 on / 4 off shift rotation
12-hour night shifts: either 6pm–6am or 7pm–7am
