Project Manager - Construction

Project Manager / Contracts Manager – Northamptonshire – Very attractive package ALH Recruitment are recruiting a Project Manager / Contracts Manager with immediate effect for our client based in the Northamptonshire area. Project Manager / Contract Manager role: (Construction) You will take on new and existing 1/5 million pound projects, manage through to completion and continue the operational and commercial success of these projects, whilst aiding with income tenders and helping to grow the turnover in this sector by helping with the sales strategy and utilising existing contacts within the industry. Leadership skills are required for this role and strong experience of managing large budgets is also very advantageous. Skills / Experience – Project Manager Experience from a Refurb / Fit-out or Construction background is essential, along with a strong all round Project Manager background from within the Construction Industry. Experience in Managing Health and Safety, Commercial and Operational duties is also essential for this position. This role has great earning potential, a flexible approach to work and national travel is required for this role. The national travel is essential.
