Are you an experienced UK based interpreter, fluent in English and Vietnamese and looking to work from home? In this freelance role, you'll work with the world's leading language agency, to provide interpretation across a range of industries, including the NHS and the Public Sector.

The Role
- Providing interpreting services to clients and customers with limited English proficiency
- Answer requests and interpret real-time conversations both ways via phone call, using a dedicated app.
- Interpreting and translating English to a 2nd language and vice versa over the phone in real time
- Providing accurate and complete interpretation whilst demonstrating excellent customer service at all times
Ideal Person
- Previous proven professional experience in spoken interpretation is essential
- Living in the UK and eligible to work in the UK on a self-employed basis
- Fluent in English and a 2nd language
- Has in-depth understanding of the cultural dynamics of both languages
- Community Interpreting Level 3 certificate or higher, is desirable but not essential
- You must hold, or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
