About the Role
Were looking for a creative, commercially-minded Showroom Manager to lead our bathroom showroom. You'll take ownership of the full showroom experience from sales and customer service to local marketing and team leadership.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Running day-to-day operations of the bathroom showroom
- Leading and coaching Bathroom Designers or Business Development Managers
- Building lasting relationships with both trade and retail customers
- Driving local marketing activity to grow footfall and repeat business
- Maintaining a well-presented, inspirational showroom
- Supporting customers with product advice and design input
- Using sales and margin data to guide your approach
- Collaborating closely with installers and the wider branch team
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in a bathroom, kitchen, interiors, or home design showroom
- Some leadership or team supervision experience preferred
- Commercially strong, with a sales mindset and good margin awareness
- Great communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Passion for interiors and visual presentation
- CAD software experience (e.g. Virtual Worlds) is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence required
