We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our client's team in Chatham, Kent. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all on-site groundwork activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Problem-solve on-site issues and provide leadership to the team. Requirements: CSCS card (mandatory).
