About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced PMO Contractor to join a leading Global FMCG business to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of Customer-focussed transformation projects. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced international environment, working with cross-functional teams across EMEA and globally. The ideal candidate will bring strong PMO governance expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to driving operational excellence across multiple programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a PMO or Program Management role, ideally within a global FMCG or consumer goods business.
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior business and technical audiences.
  • Highly organised, delivery-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet or similar.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
  • Preferred experience with leading customer service/support operations and related systems/process transformations.
