Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Southwark, London Salary: £75,000 package Contract: 5-year secured programme A reputable and well-established social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a long-term planned refurbishment programme in Southwark. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a secure 5-year contract, offering long-term stability, consistent workload, and the chance to play a key role in improving local housing stock within the community. The RoleBased in Southwark, you will take commercial responsibility for planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied social housing properties. Working closely with operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.
