What you'll get up to?
- Taking charge of end-to-end payroll processing across all sites, ensuring deadlines are met without compromise
- Ensuring payroll practices meet all legal requirements and internal policies, keeping the company compliant and audit-ready
- Partnering closely with operations, HR, and external payroll providers to streamline processes and resolve queries efficiently
- Managing employee data updates such as new hires, departures, and changes while monitoring labour costs versus budgets
- Maintaining accurate reporting on payroll, benefits, and absences, and recommending improvements to existing systems
- Being the main point of contact for operational teams when payroll questions arise, providing clear guidance and support
Who you are?
- Experienced payroll professional, ideally with exposure to hospitality or other shift-based environments
- Confident navigating UK payroll legislation and working with payroll software and labour scheduling platforms
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
