Our client is an award-winning AdTech startup recognised by Startups100 and TechRound100 as one of the most exciting young companies in the UK. Their platform is transforming how digital advertising works by putting control in the hands of the consumer – allowing brands to engage people with personalised, conversational experiences rather than disruptive guesswork.
Having already partnered with household names like IKEA, Vodafone, and Dyson, they’re now looking for a Creative Executive to join their fast-growing team. This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone with a sharp eye for design, a head full of ideas, and a passion for delivering work that genuinely stands out.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative ideas and concepts in response to campaign briefs – from brainstorming and brand research through to execution
- Work across multiple campaigns simultaneously, collaborating with external agency partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional creative
- Design conversational creatives through the company’s proprietary platform
- Lead client and agency calls to kick off projects and manage the creative process end to end
- Partner with Sales and Strategy teams to ensure campaigns remain on track and successful once live
- Take part in product development sessions, bringing creative insight to help shape the platform’s unique offering
- At least 6 months' experience in a creative or design-focused role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, storytelling, and attention to detail
- Exceptional copywriting ability – able to write with clarity, energy and persuasion
- Skilled communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and working cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma experience is a plus)
- A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a high-velocity environment
