We are working with one of the UK's leading online gold buyers – a trusted brand with over 10,000 glowing Trustpilot reviews and an Excellent 4.8-star rating. We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their expanding team in Watford. There’s no cold calling – every customer you speak to has already sent in their jewellery for valuation and is ready to sell. Your role is to follow a simple 6-line script, present the offer, and close the deal.
What’s on offer:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary
- OTE £45,000+
- Permanent, full-time role

- Office-based: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
What you’ll be doing:
- Speaking with warm, pre-qualified customers
- No cold calling – all customers have already sent in their items to sell
- Following a proven 6-line script (80% accept the first offer!)
- Using basic maths to explain offers clearly and accurately
- Closing deals with confidence
- Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track leads and updates
- Providing excellent customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in telesales or telephone-based customer service
- Strong verbal communication and a confident phone manner

- Clear spoken and written English with good email grammar
- CRM experience preferred
