A leading B2B SaaS firm is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help craft intuitive, high-impact user interfaces across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. This is a great opportunity to solve complex design challenges and shape user experiences for high-profile enterprise customers. From shaping the initial understanding of user needs to delivering practical, user-focused solutions, you’ll help define how their products evolve. You’ll uncover insights through User Research, align closely with business goals, and work hand-in-hand with UI Designers and Developers to craft experiences that make a real difference. You’ll be needed in their London office twice a week. There is no flex on this. Sponsorship is NOT being offered.
THE ROLE
- Build a strong understanding of their users; their goals, pain points, and how they work - and use that to inform product direction.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to co-create effective solutions, not just translate requirements.
- Select and apply research approaches that fit the scale and complexity of the challenge at hand.
- Explore ideas through sketching, prototyping and testing, continuously improving designs based on feedback and learning.
- Translate your ideas clearly to development teams within an Agile delivery setup.
- Produce design documentation including user flows, wireframes, and other key UX design deliverables.
- Support others in developing their design thinking, whether they’re fellow designers or part of cross-functional teams.
THE CANDIDATE
- At least 6+ years of hands-on UX design experience across web, desktop, or mobile platforms.
- A compelling portfolio showing how your process has led to meaningful user outcomes.
- Experience working in enterprise settings or with B2B products is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and process-led environment.
- Experienced with working on complex platforms - also shown in your portfolio.
- Proven end-to-end experience as a UX Designer (user research through to wireframes and prototypes) - this is NOT a hybrid UX/UI position - they hire UX Designers and UI Designers as separate professionals.
- Fine if you're currently a Product Designer but willing and able to focus on purely being a UX Designer in this role.
If this all sounds good to you, then please apply ASAP with your CV AND PORTFOLIO to stand the best chance of getting an interview!
