SEND/PE Teacher (Full-Time) – Slough Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher with experience in supporting pupils with SEND and a love for physical education? A specialist provision in Slough is seeking a committed SEND/PE Teacher to join their team full-time. In this role, you will: ✔ Deliver a balanced timetable of both academic and physical education lessons tailored to the needs of SEND pupils. ✔ Create inclusive, engaging lessons that promote emotional wellbeing, physical development, and confidence. ✔ Foster strong, supportive relationships that help pupils regulate emotions and engage positively in learning. ✔ Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and SEND professionals. ✔ Contribute to the wider life of the school, including planning, team meetings, and enrichment activities. Requirements: ✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications from ECTs or unqualified teachers will not be considered. ✔ Experience working with primary-aged pupils, ideally in a SEND, SEMH, or alternative provision setting. ✔ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with a calm and positive approach. ✔ A passion for inclusive physical education and whole-child development. ✔ A current DBS check (support available to obtain one if needed). ✔ Based in or near Slough, or able to commute reliably.
