The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
What you'll be doing:
- Management of supply chain partners and operatives on site to deliver programmes of works.
- Key point of contact for the Client Rep and SCP for developing programmes and performance reporting.
- Weekly/Monthly planning, programming and integration of works, minimising road space occupancy.
- Provide close liaison with commercial team to ensure accurate estimates (ECI) are produced.
- Ensure works are carried out to client specification, delivered to agreed costs and provide accurate records for commercial team.
- Management of Quality, Health & Safety, and environment in all operations.
- Review method statements and risk assessments to current working practices and legislation to ensure they are sufficient for the works to be undertaken.
Who we're looking for:
- Skills: Good communication to manage relationships, in addition to planning and organisation skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency. Developed leadership skills. Ability to improve safety and sustainability performance.
- Experience: Experience in leading and developing individuals. Previous Construction Management experience within the relevant industry is required (Road Surfacing & Road Surface Treatments).
