So there has never been a more exciting time to join the team. *Shift Pattern = Continental shift Pattern 2 days – 2 Nights ( 4 on 4 off) The Role Responsibilities: Take ownership of the maintenance for the plant, so that it is safe and has the maximum possible uptime for production. Identify, develop and implement improvements to the equipment and ways of working to help deliver ever-improving standards. React promptly to unplanned downtime activities, work with operators to get lines back to safe operation as quickly as possible and undertake regular analysis to resolve root cause of top 3 downtime factors Identify key operators and assist in developing their skills and understanding of the equipment so that they can assist with routine maintenance tasks; recognising this creates more time for the engineering team to deliver further improvements.
