Southampton - Hybrid - 2 days a week

£500 - £600 per day - Inside IR35

We are working with a market leading organisation in the infrastructure and services space. They are looking for a Service Transition Manager to join their team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth handover of services into support, acting as the bridge between project delivery and operations.

You will need strong experience in IT service transition or change delivery, ideally within a complex or outsourced environment. A solid understanding of ITIL and cloud-based services is essential.

Key skills & experience:

  • Proven background in IT Service Transition or Change/Release Management
  • Strong grasp of ITIL processes across Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
