We’re looking for a practical and experienced Site Manager to help deliver a high-spec £4M M&E CAT B fitout for a globally recognised motorsport client. This is a fast-paced commercial project in Wantage where programme, coordination, and quality are key.
Reporting to the Senior MEP Project Manager, you’ll oversee the daily activities on site – coordinating subcontractors, managing logistics, enforcing H&S standards, and ensuring mechanical and electrical installations progress to spec and schedule. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground, resolving site issues swiftly, monitoring quality standards, and keeping works aligned with the wider programme.
This role suits someone confident running a tight ship on site, who understands the technicalities of M&E installation in live, fast-track environments. Previous experience on CAT A or CAT B commercial fitouts is essential. The role is site-based in Wantage, with an immediate start available.
