Our client is a national developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. They predominantly build houses and their apartment blocks are usually no more than 3 or 4 stories high (no RC frame). Developments are typically traditional brick & block build but they are starting to introduce Timber Frame into their regions (approx 4 sites).

The need now exists for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The role will report into the Senior QS. Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of major residential new build (flatted) developments.

In return our client offers a basic salary between £50k - £55k + full package and bonus system.
