Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for an experienced Technical Manager to join the team out of their office in Buckinghamshire. They predominantly build houses, and their apartment blocks are usually no more than 7 or 8 stories high. Developments are typically traditional brick & block build but they are starting to introduce Timber Frame into their regions (approx 6 sites). The role will report into the Technical Director.
Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of housing developments. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £70k - £75k (basic) + full package & bonus.
