We are seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our clients' home care services, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant care across the community. As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will take full responsibility for care delivery, team leadership, and service growth, ensuring all operations meet CQC and safeguarding standards. The Domiciliary Care Manager will oversee care plans, promote staff development, and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families. You will also work closely with internal support teams and senior leadership to enhance service quality and drive positive outcomes.
