Senior Regeneration Officer

Full time – Permanent 36.25 hours a week Are you passionate about regeneration and creating sustainable communities? We\’re looking for a Senior Regeneration Officer to join our reshaped Regeneration & Development Team. This role is at the heart of our plans to create stronger and more sustainable communities for the future. You\’ll be a key part of the next stage of our Lower Falinge regeneration, potentially including up to 200 new homes, and you\’ll contribute to a significant 10-year, multi-million pound regeneration programme for homes adjacent to Rochdale town centre. You\’ll lead a strategic approach to investment in our communities, using a data-led approach to make sure that our regeneration activity delivers the best possible outcomes for our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. We\’re looking for someone who can maximise the benefits of our regeneration by creating and successfully delivering social value strategies, working closely with our Community Investment Team. You\’ll also make sure that we look after our existing customers in our regeneration areas – leading the support we provide to current residents ahead of any physical regeneration work starting and ensuring meaningful engagement and consultation. This role is located in the Borough of Rochdale and requires regular office and field based working throughout the Borough. You will help us to set in place the foundations and make decisions that will create a positive impact, not just for our current customers but for the generations of customers that will follow.
