As a Contract & Supplier Management Manager you should have the following experience:

  • Post-Signature procurement experience across contract management and supplier relationship management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and internal influencing skills
  • Demonstrable emotional intelligence and high level of interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • The ability to foster collaborative and innovative supply chain relationships
  • Experience working with suppliers and contracts in any of:
  • Operational Goods
  • Engineering and Construction works
  • Corporate Services providers

A degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience – e.g., MCIPS, IACCM Practitioner, law degree, business degree.

Key competency areas:

  • Stakeholder Management: Is able to identify the position and requirements of stakeholders (suppliers & company) and can determine appropriate actions to meet needs, effectively set/manage expectations and communications.
  • Supplier Contract Management: Demonstrates a structured approach to governing and managing supplier contracts post deal, to ensure supplier meets contract obligations such as Business Continuity Plans, Continuous Improvement, Exit Plans, SLAs/KPIs tracking, Performance Improvement.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Has evidence of improving supplier relationships and their value-add to the organisation.
