Mana Education is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN / SEND Teaching Assistants to support local primary and secondary schools in and around Northamptonshire.
The Role - What You'll Be Doing:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, SpLD, and other learning needs.
- Assist class teachers in managing behaviour and adapting lessons.
- Deliver tailored interventions and provide emotional and academic support.
- Help create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
- Previous experience working as an SEN TA, SEND TA, or Learning Support Assistant.
- Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, or other SpLDs.
- Patience, empathy, and a creative, flexible approach to learning support.
- A passion for helping every child achieve their full potential.
