Technical Estimator

We are on the lookout for an experience Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment specialist who can take on the Technical Estimator role (covering the Northern regions) on a remote basis, with occasional travel to Gloucester/ regional offices. You will be joining a successful team of 3x Estimators and 8x Sales Desk Executives. *Must have strong understanding of the Water Hygiene and Water Treatment industry* Benefits * Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience * Remote/Hybrid working * Free parking * Royal London Pension * Mental Health & Well-being Scheme * Employee Recognition Scheme * Paid Recommend a Friend Scheme (up to £2000* for successful referrals) * My Marlowe Rewards including access to a GP Primary duties * To produce high-quality remedial work quotes on the back of legionella risk assessment reports and recommendations in line with the HSG274 Part 2 guidance (The control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems), using internal CRM ‘Gold-Vision’. * To produce remedial quotes on the back of internal system reports (Service-to-Sale) * Proactively review quoting pipeline and liaise with Account Managers to build rapport and increase sales. * Internal price list and training will be provided. Key Performance Indicators / Measure of Success * Quarterly commission at 0.5% of invoiced and completed jobs. * Achievement of internal SMART sales targets. * Internal satisfaction. The ideal candidate will; * Have strong understanding of the Water Hygiene and Water Treatment industry – Essential * Be competent in understanding the needs of compliance services provided to our customers. * Possess strong attention to detail and great numeracy skills. * Be a good communicator and a team-player. * Be confident with using Word and Excel. * Previous experience with Remedials/ Account Management/ Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment/ Engineering Field is desirable. * Previous experience using WCS systems/ processes would be advantageous
