Conference Producer / Hybrid / London / £45,000 Plus OTE One of the worlds largest events organisers are seeking a Conference Producer to join their market leading events team – conducting in-depth market research, writing copy, recruiting speakers and scaling up their customer community. Role & Responsibilities of the Conference Producer: Help to expand the network of leaders in the Business Transformation and Shared Services & Outsourcing space. In the medium-term, pick up the production of your own LSE event, building and delivering a profitable event. Conduct phone and web-based research to identify market pressure Recruit senior executives to provide keynote briefings, to join panels and to participate in interactive roundtables – virtually and face-to-face. Build a gripping narrative around all your events and take responsibility for driving that message, internally and externally. Budget management for events. Desirable Skills & Experience of the Conference Producer: 12-18 months proven conference production experience Value teamwork and thrive on building positive relationships across functions. Diligent Researchers Skilled writers who create compelling external content that engages and captivates our target audiences.
