This role ensures that all aspects of a logistics department are coordinated to meet customer demands effectively and efficiently. Achieving organizational goals through the timely and budget-friendly transportation of incoming and outbound goods.
Duties will include:
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies.
- Negotiating and securing transportation rates.
- Ensuring warehouse, transportation, and customer services work in unity and meet their commitments.
- Tracking and resolving any shipping errors.
- Preparing and maintaining detailed logistics documentation and reporting them to the Head of Supply Chain.
- Implementing new projects and strategies to improve logistical efficiency.
- Complying with all company, local and government transportation regulations.

- Educated to A level standard min GCSE English and Mathematics A-C.
- Experience in a similar role of logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations.
