Job Title: Buying Assistant Location: Solihull Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 depending on experience My client is passionate about delivering high-quality products to their customers and require a detail-oriented Buying Assistant to join thier dynamic team and support thier buying operations from product selection through to delivery. Responsibilities Support Buyers in sourcing and selecting new products. Assist in preparing product range reviews and supplier presentations. Maintain accurate product and supplier data in internal systems. Liaise with suppliers to manage order confirmations, deliveries, and samples. Track and report on stock levels, sales trends, and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams including Merchandising, Marketing, and Logistics.What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a buying or administrative role (retail experience a plus). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
