We are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer who will undertake planned and reactive maintenance. You will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are always adhered to, readily interacting with our client/tenants as required. You will also be one of two appointed APs for the LV systems on site.
As part of the Electrical Engineer role, you will:
- Legislative PPM tasks including Emergency Luminaire Inspection, Test and Repair
- Reactive Maintenance tasks to a variety of plant and equipment as directed by the helpdesk
- Site AP for LV includes all AP duties and responsibilities
- Functional Switching of 11KV distribution network
- Fault diagnosis and solution identification/implementation
- Risk assessment
- Out of hours callout support based on a 1 week in 4 rota
- Adherence to PPM assigned to you by the scheduler
- Contribution to continuous process/system improvement
- Accurate identification of faults and timely implementation of appropriate solutions
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, we're looking for:
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
- Other formal electrical qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in a facilities management environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making ability
