This is a really exciting opportunity for an Associate Engineer to step into a leadership role within an established, busy consultancy based in their Exeter office. The successful candidate will head up the design and project delivery process, manage the engineering team, mentor junior staff, and be involved in business development activities. The position offers an opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects with close collaboration between offices with a well-established workload already in place.

Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Chartered Member of the ICE or IStructE
- Minimum of seven years' experience in structural engineering

- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
