Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Head of Litigation to oversee and manage a variety of litigation cases within the firm including Housing Disrepair, Enforcements, General Litigation under £100k and Tenancy Deposits.
Do you want to join one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK, with a vibrant office in Liverpool City Centre? This role pays a competitive salary of £75,000 - £80,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as Head of Litigation:- Lead and manage the Litigation department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Oversee a diverse caseload including:
- Housing disrepair claims
- Tenancy deposit disputes
- Enforcement actions
- General Litigation
- Qualified solicitor or barrister (England & Wales) with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation, ideally with a strong background in housing law.
- Proven experience managing a legal team or department.
- Expertise in housing disrepair, tenancy deposit claims, and enforcement procedures.
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for access to justice.
