Aftersales Field Consultant Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation - Deploy and lead the Catalyst for Aftersales (CFA) program across multiple dealer networks, driving customer retention and boosting parts and labour sales.
- Client Engagement - Conduct regular field visits and virtual consultations with dealers and OEM stakeholders, offering expert advice to enhance aftersales operations.
- Performance Analysis - Carry out in-depth assessments to identify improvement areas and guide clients toward strategic, data-driven changes.
- Training Delivery - Provide engaging on-site and virtual training, equipping dealer staff with the tools and knowledge to extract full value from our solutions.
- Growth Support - Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities and expand service adoption across the dealer network.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Industry Expertise - Previous experience in automotive aftersales (OEM, dealer, DMS, or SaaS supplier environment).
- Strong Communicator - Excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Consultative Approach - A hands-on and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of CRM and aftersales processes.
