We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Loan Servicing Asset Manager to join our London-based team. This role is critical to the effective management and performance monitoring of a portfolio of real estate-backed loans across residential and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of loan servicing, from post-origination through maturity or resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loan covenant monitoring
- Borrower relationship management
