Customer Service and Sales Executive

Sales Administrator Cheltenham £24,000 – £32,000 (DOE) + bonuses Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm and Friday 2:00pm finish Are you a motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a technical or industrial environment? Seeking a customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established company known for its innovation in the industry. You will be the first point of contact for customer delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: Accurately process quotes and orders on Sage 50 in a timely manner Follow up on quotes and compile reports Be the first point of call for customers and develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive sales Collaborate with management on tailored customer requirements and supplier pricing negotiations. Manage and resolve customer queries swiftly and professionally. Utilize the CRM system efficiently to support daily activities. Effectively present and promote company products and services, showcasing key features and benefits.
