Business travel Consultant required for established business travel company. Seeking an experienced business travel consultant to work Part-Time including weekends. Salary is £21,000 for 20 hours, remote based.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with a range of clients ranging from banks and insurance companies both in the UK and overseas.
- Assisting clients out of hours, sometimes in an emergency scenario.
- Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels.
- Problem solving, making amendments, date changes, re-issues.
Skills Required:
- Previous business travel consultant experience essential.
- Airfares knowledge with understanding of fares, reissues, refunds, changes and some ticketing.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Additional information:
- Paying £21K for 20 hour week.
- Remote based.
- Training in the London office required.
- Working Saturday and Sunday 07.00 - 17.00, Monday and Wednesday 18.00 - 21.00 or just Monday 18.00 - 00.00.
