Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join their team, providing essential support to individuals in their homes or care settings. As a Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks, promote independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. This is a highly rewarding role that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Assist with the preparation of meals and feeding when necessary.
- Help with medication administration and reminders, as per care plans.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition.
- Work in line with safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
