We are seeking a Secured Loan Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing loans, providing expert advice on financial products and services. Full CeMap Funding provided! Salary: Enjoy a starting salary of £25,500, rising up to £40,000, OTE first year £35,000, uncapped bonus up to £60,000 OTE Location : Horwich (fully office based) Shift Pattern: Week 1 (earlies): Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 9am- 5:30pm, Wednesday 9am – 5:30pm Thursday 9am- 5:30pm Friday 9am-5pm Week 2 (lates): Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 12pm- 8pm, Wednesday 12pm – 8pm Thursday 12pm- 8pm Friday 9am-5pm One Saturday in every 4 weeks 9am – 2pm Duties – Assess clients’ financial situations and needs to recommend suitable loan products- Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately- Evaluate loan applications, including credit history analysis and risk assessment- Provide clear explanations of loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Requirements Full or part CeMap required Desirable not Essential Previous experience within in a advisory role Working to strict target & KPIs Ability to work well under pressur…
