Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Registered Managers across multiple care homes
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and consistently high CQC ratings
- Drive operational performance, occupancy levels, and profitability
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support recruitment, retention, and development of senior care staff
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and families
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a senior operational role within elderly care (e.g., Regional Manager, Regional Director, or similar)
