Building Services Manager

Building Services Manager Responsibilities: * Project management of M&E design teams, ensuring specific requirements and expectations are met. * Advise the site management teams on all M&E processes, product and system selection, and mitigate risk onsite. * Ability to provide hands-on guidance and support to the building services function as the project dictates. * Continuous management of the installation quality for M&E systems on projects, from initial coordination to final commissioning and handover. * Oversight of M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring programme, quality performance, and expectations are met. * Supplement the company’s innovation and value engineering processes in consideration and implementation of best-in-class mechanical/electrical systems and products. Building Services Manager Requirements: * Third level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering. * A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * Strong problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail.
