Residential Childcare Practitioner

Salary: £12.21 – £12.50 per hour 🕒 Shifts: 24-hour shifts (including sleep-ins), typically 2–3 days per week ❗ Must have experience in Learning Disabilities (LD) 🚫 Sponsorship is not available for this role Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? About the Role As a Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner, you\’ll play a crucial role in providing high-quality residential care for children and young people with Learning Disabilities, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment, ensuring effective service delivery and positive development for those in your care.
