Tenancy Management Officer

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to join Berneslai Homes on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The Role: * Tackle and escalate tenancy breaches, including anti-social behaviour, using both support and enforcement tools * Manage void properties within your patch, ensuring prompt re-letting to meet performance targets * Work closely with residents, partner agencies and community groups to maintain safe, clean and thriving neighbourhoods * Support community cohesion, identify vulnerability, and provide or refer for tenancy support We’re seeking candidates with experience in social housing, tenancy or estate management, or community safety, and who are confident working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid role.
