Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality across all matters.
- Manage complex business and personal diaries, prioritising appointments and meetings.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff on behalf of the CEO.
- Book and arrange business and personal travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Manage household bills, policies for vehicles, and maintenance of personal properties.
- Organise refreshments and meals for business and personal engagements.
- Attend meetings and take accurate, detailed notes.
- Manage orders and liaise with the business operations team.
- Handle basic sales analysis using Excel and Sage.
- Assist in preparing tenders using Sage and Excel.
- Provide personal assistance at the CEO’s residence, including household matters and personal errands.
- Proven experience as a PA or EA in both private and business capacities.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration or related field preferred.
- Strong initiative and proactive approach - able to stay ahead of the game.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, managing competing priorities with ease.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Sage experience advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
