Morris & Spottiswood are one of the leading providers of fitout, refurbishment, M&E, facilities management and construction services in the UK. A family firm, with a proud track record of excellence, we aim high, act responsibly and value our staff and customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support our project delivery team. This role is based at our office in Almondvale Business Park, Livingston but a hybrid working model is available. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate project records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely data updates across key platforms such as Smartsheet and our internal Document Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and upload monthly labour and waste figures to client portal.
- Gather and update monthly data sets in relevant Trackers, including:
- Good News updates
- Benefits
- People updates
- Lessons Learned
About You:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a construction, or project-based environment is desirable.
