Associate Director – Project Finance

A small prestigious European Bank is seeking a dynamic new addition its Origination team. Your duties will include: * Structuring of project financings, responsibility for transactions (credit portfolio includes mainly Renewable Energy and Digital Infrastructure) * Preparing credit applications and internal ratings for new transactions * Analysing project related documents e.g. diligence reports, financial models etc * Participating in the negotiations of credit documentation Your experience must include: * At least 3 years relevant project finance credit analysis experience working with originators gained in banking * Knowledge of ECA lending would be advantageous * Excellent communication skills both written and oral * Strong Excel & PowerPoint * Degree educated Please note this role will be working hybrid – 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remotely
