This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic, customer-focused business with a strong presence in both the domestic and social housing sectors. If you’re an experienced surveyor with a sharp eye for detail, a solid technical understanding of window and door installations, and the confidence to represent a business directly with clients and residents — we want to hear from you! Role Responsibilities: * Carrying out accurate, on-site surveys for the installation of UPVC windows and doors * Surveying properties within domestic and social housing environments, ensuring all works are fully compliant with current building regulations and specifications * Liaising with customers, residents, and site teams to ensure a smooth and professional surveying process * Identifying potential challenges or access issues and providing practical solutions * Preparing precise measurements, installation details, and technical documentation * Working closely with the contracts and installations team to support project delivery Candidate Skills & Experience: * Proven experience surveying windows and doors within the domestic and social housing sectors * Excellent knowledge of building regulations and fenestration industry standards * A confident communicator, able to engage professionally with clients, residents, and internal teams * Strong attention to detail with accurate measuring and problem-solving skills * Full UK Driving License (essential) * Relevant fenestration qualifications or certifications would be advantageous To find out more about this role, please click \’apply\’ or contact Martyn at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM6204
