Office Co-ordinator Grantham Permanent £26K – £27K Monday to Friday 35.50hrs. per week We\’re on the lookout for a motivated Office Co-ordinator to join our family-owned client who have an award-winning team. This is a varied role, offering the chance to work across multiple departments. As the office Co-ordinator you’ll be at the heart the operations—supporting senior leaders, welcoming customers, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing as Office Co-ordinator: * Be the friendly first point of contact for customers and suppliers. * Assist Directors and Senior Management with correspondence, typing, and daily tasks. * Manage phone, email, and postal communications. * Support the Sales, Aftersales, and Service teams with admin duties including data entry, packing orders, and booking deliveries. * Handle sensitive information with complete discretion and professionalism. Skills required: * Excellent communication and people skills. * Strong organisational and time management abilities. * Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). * Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive attitude, great work ethic, and a team-first mindset. * Reliability and a high standard of confidentiality. Working Hours are 35.5hrs per week: * Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm * Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (early finish!)
